1. Service Nature

We currently only provide travel services, including group and package tours. We do not ship any physical products to any location whatsoever.

2. Reselling Policy

As a reseller, we carefully select tour operators who provide you with group tours, package tours and curated tours along with other similar services. All services are subject to the terms and conditions mentioned on our website tripbutter.com and also subject to those of our partner tour operators and service providers, as mentioned in the itinerary.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations requests must be made via email to cancellation@tripbutter.com within a specify time frame to be eligible for a refund. All cancellation timeframes are mentioned in the cancellation policy on tripbutter.com and all refunds are subject to this cancellation policy.

4. Service Delivery

All services will be/are delivered as per the itinerary provided by our selected tour operator associates. Any changes or modifications will be communicated to you on your email promptly.
